Custom Design with Siobhan

Have something in your head that you can't find anywhere? Let's make it.

People ask me for this all the time, and it's my favorite work to do. It's also the slowest, because I'm not adjusting one of my patterns. I'm starting from a blank page, with you.

If you love one of the styles already in my shop and want it fit to your body, book a fit consultation instead. Custom Design is for when you want something that doesn't exist yet.

In our design session, we will:

• Take precise measurements (virtually on camera or in person) to ensure a flawless fit.
• Talk through your vision while I sketch a design that's entirely yours.
• Choose fabrics and details so your piece reflects your body and your vision.
• Go over support and comfort needs to design lingerie that feels as good as it looks.
• Answer every question about fit, timing, and budget.

After our session, I'll:

• Draft a pattern from scratch for your body.
• Make a test version and do a second fitting, so we get it right before I cut your final fabric.
• Hand make your finished piece, made for your body to love.

Every stitch, sheer detail, and delicate ribbon is crafted with intention and intimacy, making your lingerie more than just fabric. It's a reflection of your body, your story, your power. From bespoke bridal pieces to everyday essentials that make human-ing easier, custom design means your lingerie is truly yours.

Design sessions are available virtually (on camera so we can measure!) or in person for those in the Detroit area on a case-by-case basis.

Your budget is safe with me. I'll design within the price you choose. Part of our design session is figuring out what's possible for that budget, and there's always a beautiful version of your idea that fits.

If we dream up something bigger along the way, like a floor-length gown, extra details, or a special fabric, I'll give you the added cost before I cut anything. Then it's your call: keep the original design, or add on. No surprises either way.

Timing

Custom design takes about 6 to 8 weeks from our first session. I take only a few each season so each one gets my full attention. If this listing is sold out, all my spots are taken. Email hey@siobhanbarrett.com to join the waitlist.
