Made by hand

Everything in my shop is made to order, by me, by hand (unless a listing says otherwise).

Because each garment is cut and sewn one at a time, no two will be exactly alike. Hand-dyed pieces will be as close as I can get to the colors in the photos, but expect some variation from piece to piece.

Sizing and fit

How do I make sure it fits?
Every piece is made to your measurements. After you order, email your bust, waist and hip measurements to siobhan.a.barrett@gmail.com with your order number so I can get started.

Not sure how to measure, or want a style tweaked?
Book a Fit Consultation ($35). We'll meet virtually, or in person in Detroit when we can make it work, and go over your measurements and any changes you'd like to an existing style. After our session I'll send you a $35 gift card to use toward your order, so the consultation pays for itself. I schedule consultations around my sewing time, so only a few spots open up each week.

Want something that isn't in the shop?
Book a Custom Design and we'll create a piece together from scratch, designed around your budget. One piece starts at $650 and a set of two starts at $1,000. I only take a few custom orders at a time, so spots are limited.

Gift cards

Gift cards come in $50, $100, $150, $200, $650 and $1,000, and they never expire. The $650 and $1,000 cards cover a Custom Design.

Shipping

How long will my order take?
Each piece takes me 2 to 4 weeks to make. Once it ships, most orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, wherever you are. I'll do my best to hit these estimates but can't guarantee them, and the shipping method you choose makes a difference.

Need it sooner?
Message me before you order. Rush orders are $40, and I'll let you know if I can make your date.

Ordering for the holidays?
Holiday orders are open November 9 through December 5 and ship by December 16. Valentine's orders are open January 4 through January 24 and ship by February 5. I can only take a handful of orders for each, so earlier is better.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. I can't control delays at customs.

Cancellations and returns

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering.

After that, all sales are final. Every piece is made to your measurements, and these are intimates, so I can't accept returns or exchanges.

If something arrives damaged or defective, please contact me right away and I'll do everything I can to make it right. If I ask you to send it back, I'll cover the return shipping.

Caring for your pieces

These are delicate, so treat them gently.

• Hand wash in cold water, or have them professionally dry cleaned
• Line dry or lay flat to dry
• Never put them in the dryer

Privacy

I only use your name, address and contact information to:

• Talk with you about your order
• Make and ship your order
• Meet legal requirements, like paying taxes
• Send email updates, if you've signed up

I never sell or share your information.
