Returns & exchanges

I accept cancellations if you contact me within 24 hours of ordering.
I do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final.
If there an item arrives and is damaged or defective please contact me and I will do everything I can to remedy the situation.

Because of the nature of these items, I cannot accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
If a return is authorized and approved buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please communicate with me if you are unhappy with your order! I will do everything I can to make sure that we come up with a solution, keep in mind that hand made = not perfect! But hand made = a very empathetic and caring shop owner who wants you to be happy with your purchase!
