Want a new you for the new year? All you need is some new one of a kind hand dyed silk chiffon lingerie...! Duh!
I don't believe in making a "new" you new year's resolution, because I think you are already awesome. However, I do believe that a new year warrants new lingerie...
Each month I end up making something one of a kind. And last month I ended up dying a piece of silk chiffon big enough to make two lingerie sets out of it.
I twisted the fabric and painted on fawn and antique mauve from Dharma Trading Co. letting the colors weave their way through the fibers.
Inspired by the contrast and patterns created in the painted hills in Oregon I kept the striped pattern on the fabric as much as I could.
Each piece has vintage lace trim in between the hand dyed silk chiffon.
