All of the products listed on this website are made to order by Siobhan Barrett by hand (unless otherwise stated).

Handmade garments will vary slightly from garment to garment however hard I try to make them all perfect and exactly the same. Anything dyed by hand will also be as close as possible to colors portrayed but will also vary slightly from garment to garment. 

Sizing Information

Each piece is made to your size, to your measurements, for your pleasure. 
Upon ordering please email your Bust, Waist, and Hip measurements to siobhan.a.barrett@gmail.com 

 

Garment Care

  • Hand wash COLD or get professionally dry cleaned
  • Line dry or dry flat
  • DO NOT tumble dry
  • These garments are very delicate and should be handled with care. 

Shipping

Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order varies from 2-4 weeks.
Please contact me if you need an order expedited before placing an order as there is a $25 expedition fee. 
 
Estimated shipping times
  • North America: 1-2 weeks
  • Europe: 1-2 weeks
  • Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-2 weeks
  • Asia Pacific: 1-2 weeks
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 1-2 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Contact me if you need your order by a specific date.
 
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Returns & exchanges

I accept cancellations if you contact me within 24 hours of ordering.
I do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. 
If there an item arrives and is damaged or defective please contact me and I will do everything I can to remedy the situation. 
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, , I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
If a return is authorized and approved buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
